Privacy

In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no tracking, and loads no fonts or scripts from other companies. We only store data if you join the waitlist. The German version is the binding one.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Deutschland. When you open a page, the web server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page and browser to deliver the page and fend off attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host deletes these logs after a short time.

Demo settings

If you pick a salon name, colour or plan in the demo, your browser stores that choice locally (local storage) so it stays on the other pages. It never leaves your device. You can delete it any time in your browser's site data.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, whether you own a salon or are a client, optionally your salon's name and the colour and font you picked in the demo, your language, the page you signed up on, and when you gave consent. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You first get an email with a confirmation link (double opt-in). Only then are you on the list. We only email you about the app's launch and open beta seats. Every email has a link that deletes your entry right away. If you never confirm, we delete the entry automatically within 30 days.

The data is stored on our server at STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Deutschland in the EU (api.mmm-beauty.de). We use an email service provider as a processor to send the emails.

Referral link

After confirming you get a personal link. If someone signs up through it, we store which link they came from so we can credit your free months. The thank-you page only shows the number of confirmed sign-ups, never names or addresses. When you open such a link, your browser remembers the code locally until you sign up.

Quote requests

If you request a quote on the custom-work page, we store your name, email, optionally your salon's name, your selection and your message to handle the request and reply (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract). If no project follows, we delete the request within 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time for the future. Write to the address above. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
